anxiety, alcohol & drugs, relationship difficulties, family difficulties and cultural adaption
for expatriates.

My philosophy assumes that life presents us with problems, and that people posses the internal resources to solve life’s difficulties. I believe individuals can improve their ability to cope and feel more confident and self-assured.
